1. About Our Services

Cool Fox Heating & Air provides HVAC and electrical services, including but not limited to heat pump installation, furnace repair and installation, HVAC system replacement, air conditioning installation and replacement, HVAC maintenance and tune-ups, and electrical upgrades, for residential customers in Washington State.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • Free estimates provided through our Site or over the phone are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an in-home or virtual assessment.
  • Estimates are not final invoices. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote or agreement prior to the start of work.
  • We provide upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees; any changes to scope of work or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before additional charges are incurred.

3. Scheduling and Service

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, though emergency arrangements may be available depending on circumstances.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled windows, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, parts availability, or permitting delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment necessary to perform the requested work.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payment, will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
  • Any financing or rebate programs referenced on our Site or by our team are subject to the terms and approval of the applicable third-party financing provider, utility company, or government program, and are not guaranteed by Cool Fox Heating & Air.

5. Warranties

  • Workmanship and equipment warranties, where applicable, will be described in your specific service agreement or manufacturer documentation provided at the time of installation.
  • Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided and honored by the manufacturer, subject to their terms and conditions, registration requirements, and proper maintenance.
  • Warranties may be void if work is altered, repaired, or serviced by parties other than Cool Fox Heating & Air, or if equipment is not properly maintained.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Fox Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
